With different cultural misunderstandings, the Italian name of the game has become Shangai which is a city in China. Juxtaposing all these misunderstandings together in a playful way discusses the chaotic formulation of myths, the clashes of cultures and how global discourse intervenes.

“Post-Myth”: Since there is no demand for spears in the current market, Cyclops decided to make Shangai (the Italian name of Mikado Game) instead. From time to time, he throws the sticks made of lava stone from Etna to Castglione di Sicilia. He wishes to play with visitors when he gets a day-off. And, he wants people to know that he has become knowledgeable about foreign cultures.
